Here at Riverland Balanced Nutrition, we guide you in re-establishing trust in your body and your ability to make helpful decisions around food. Whilst we can help with nutrition education such as label reading, our main passion lies in the Non-Diet approach to weight management, with a focus on regaining confidence in your ability listen to your appetite, identify and manage non-hungry or emotional eating, and rebuilding trust in your body signalling.
