Initial Appointment (60 mins) - $160
Subsequent Appointments (30 mins) - $80

Telehealth is available if preferred, and is a great option if you find it difficult to attend in person, or live outside of the Riverland region. Please select this option when booking your appointment, or contact us to discuss your needs further.

NDIS
Riverland Balanced Nutrition provides services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. All NDIS clients are charged at an hourly rate of $193.99, as set by the NDIS in the NDIS Price Guide. This includes assessment, subsequent appointments, and any required report writing.

DVA
We welcome DVA card holders. Please inform us of your DVA card status on booking your appointment.

Chronic Disease Management Plans
We welcome Chronic Disease Management Plans and encourage you to speak to your GP if to find out if you are eligible. Under the CDM program, patients are eligible for up to five Allied Health visits per calendar year to manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, endometriosis, heart disease. Medicare subsidises the cost of these appointments by $58.30, leaving you with a gap to pay. If your GP has completed a CDM plan for you, please ensure that the paperwork is sent to us prior to your appointment.

Payment Terms:
We require full payment on the day of your appointment via eftpos (NDIS excluded). No cash payments please.

Private Health rebates are available if you have extras cover. The rebate amount will depend on your provider and level of cover. If you would like to know more, please contact your health fund directly. We require full payment on the day, and you may then seek the rebate from your private health fund.

Cancellation Policy

Riverland Balanced Nutrition has a 24 hour cancellation policy, and we appreciate your understanding and consideration when cancelling your appointment. You will be charged 50% of your appointment fee if you cancel in less that 24 hours.

Full payment is required if you do not attend your appointment without giving prior notice.  This will ensure fairness and equal access for everyone.
